Hidden Conflict
If you’ve ever wondered why, after months of effort by large parts of you organisation, whatever problem you’re tackling hasn’t shifted, there’s almost certainly a hidden conflict.
Nobody is trying to perpetuate the problem, but it’s likely that the problem exists because of policies, procedures, or beliefs that aren’t obviously connected to it.
In order to resolve an intractable conflict, it’s necessary to understand the underlying assumptions that are creating it. No amount of directives, strategies, goals, pep talks, layoffs, or exhortations will fix something when the causes aren’t understood.
We can take the time, together, to understand what’s really going on, and more importantly, why. Then we can look at how to fix it.
